Can I use my store credit online?

Absolutely! Create an account or log in to your existing one to check your balance. You can apply your consignment commission to your purchase and, if necessary, cover any extra portion with your credit card.

How do items fit?

Each pre-owned piece is unique in fit and condition. We do our best to describe items in detail, but if you have questions, feel free to contact us before purchasing. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges based on fit.

Are online items available in-store?

Yes! All items online are also available at our brick-and-mortar shop. If the item you purchase sells in-store (or vice versa), we’ll issue you a full refund.

What is Your Return Policy?

All sales are FINAL. Please review item details carefully and contact us with any questions before placing your order. As a consignment store, items are pre-loved and sold as-is. We do our absolute best to check for flaws and photograph any for transparency. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be issued.
