Can I Use My Store Credit Towards My Online Purchase?

Yes!  Create an account or log into your existing account and check your account balance online. From their you can apply your available consignment commisions to your purchase and checkout using your commisions and your credit card if needed. 

How Do Items Fit?

All clothing has been preowned and/or pre-worn and/or preshrunk, because of this all items fit uniquely. We do our best to describe each item's fit and condition with as much detail as possible to try and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any questions about fit, please contact us before purchasing as no refund/exchanges will be issued due to fit.

Are Items in the Online Store Available In-Store?

All the items available in the online store are also available at our brick & mortar store. In the off chance the item(s) you've purchased sell in-store at the same time you will be issued a full refund, (or vice versa) including additional shipping costs and GST.

What is Your Return Policy?

All sales are final at West & Co.  Due to government guidelines regarding Covid19, we are UNABLE to accept returns. However, we take an active role in each and every purchase made at West & Co. and try to ensure that you have a great experience. Please contact us with any questions regarding an item that you are interested in, prior to purchasing.
