A very intricate and classy white top, beginning with an eyelet fabric that is laced throughout. The wing collar is a sleek white with a double layer that has a ruffled hemline. The front of this top has a three-point tie-up feature. It fits with a high neck, cropped puffy sleeves with a flared sleeve cuff, and a small peplum tuft on the bottom torso. Made of 100% cotton. The tag says “Handmade in France by my mother and two other seamstresses of our hometown.”
